6. Shipping
GAXEL currently ships only within the United States.
Orders are fulfilled through USPS.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
GAXEL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, product designs, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to GAXEL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAXEL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the website or products.
GAXEL's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any purchase made through GAXEL shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
